David Rios

Our "guest" chef for the week of 11-10 is our employee, David Rios. He's created his famous Chicken Enchiladas for HWC -- now our Wednesday Special at 3 for $5.49.

Please stop by and try David's treat, they don't last long at lunch time. David has been a real asset at HWC. His smile and humor are addicting to the customers and the staff.

Guest Chef Allan Shaffer

Allan Shaffer was our guest chef on Friday, Sept 26. 2003. He prepared his secret recipe "Oven Baked Chicken" as a special. Allan moved to the valley in 1968, stayed here a year, then moved back in 1999. He lives in Emma, loves to play polo, and is one of Harleywood Cafe's frequent customers.
